Overview
The FANGZHOU PXJ-1C + I High Accuracy ion meter is a 0.001-class precision instrument with a large LCD display, backlight, and menu navigation support. It measures Ion concentration, pH, mV, ORP, and temperature values in solution, has 16 ionic parameters and 2 custom ionic parameters, provides up to 13 concentration unit conversions, and complies with GLP data management practices for a variety of laboratory and industrial applications.

Principle
Based on electrochemistry principles, the ion meter uses ion-selective Electrode measurement of Ion concentration in solutions. It uses a high-input Impedance design (≥ 3 × 10 ^ 12 Ω) to ensure signal stability, combined with automatic temperature compensation (ATC) and Adjustments (such as 9 point Ion concentration calibrate and 5 point pH calibrate) to accurately calculate and establish standard Linear dispersion for accurate measurement of multiple parameters.

Steps
1. Connect Electrode and Power Supply, make sure the interface is correct
2. Use the menu navigation to set personalized parameters after booting
3. Select Measurement mode (Auto, Real-Time or Timed)
4. Perform calibrating: Use the built-in standard solution for one-button calibration, up to 5 points pH calibrating or 2-9 points ion calibrating
5. Start measurement, the instrument automatically recognizes and compensates for temperature
6. Store data, manage, access, or export through GLP functions
7. Use the print function to output results if necessary
Notice
• Make sure the Electrode interface is connected correctly to avoid damage
• Check the validity of the standard solution before calibrating to ensure accuracy
• Use within the Measurement range to avoid exceeding (-10.000~ 20.000) pH or (- 2000.00~ 2000.00) mV
• Maintain Electrode regularly to prevent contamination or aging
• Use a universal power supply (DC9V 500mA, internal positive and external negative) to prevent power mismatch
• Data storage full backup or delete in time to avoid loss
• Follow GLP specifications when operating to ensure data integrity
