Principle
The product is driven by stepper motor and High Accuracy encoder, and realizes tensile stress testing through electric loading. During the test, the device automatically controls the beam motion according to preset parameters such as speed, displacement, force value, etc., and supports a variety of test modes, including counting, timing, telescopic rate and autonomous programming, to ensure Test accuracy and Stability.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn on the device.
2. Set test parameters through a 7-inch touch screen, including test mode, speed, displacement, force value, etc
3. Install Force Gauge and Fixture, Place the Tested Object
4. Start the test, the equipment runs automatically and controls the beam movement according to preset parameters
5. After the test is completed, print the test data using the standard microprinter
6. Turn off the device and disconnect the power
Notice
• Make sure the power supply is AC 220V 50/60HZ before use to avoid voltage mismatch
• Pay attention to safety when installing fixtures and tested objects to prevent accidental injuries
• Do not touch moving parts during the test to ensure that the operation area is barrier-free
• Regularly check whether the function of limit protection device, emergency shutdown device and leakage protection device is normal
• Measured value of equipment is 500N/50Kg, do not overload
• Keep the equipment clean and avoid use in humid or high temperature environments
