Overview
HDT-1000S intelligent horizontal machine is an HBO brand product. It can be combined into a small Pull Pressure Tester with Force Gauge and fixture. The product adopts stepper motor and High Accuracy encoder, with high mechanical property stability and accuracy. It has functions such as speed, displacement, time control and manual (point motion), automatic, automatic control of the number of movements, and in-place delay. It is widely used in rubber plastics, light industry Spinning & weaving, building doors and windows, composite, Wire and cable, auto parts, power machinery, scientific research institutions and other industries. Tensile and compression load, insertion force, Destructiveness, fatigue and other tests.

Principle
The product uses stepper motor drive and High Accuracy encoder control to achieve accurate displacement and force value control through electric loading. In automatic mode, the system performs tests according to preset parameters (such as speed, displacement, force value), and has functions such as in-place delay and movement number control to ensure Stability and accuracy of the test process.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (AC 220V 50/60HZ) and turn on the device
2. Set test parameters (such as mode, speed, displacement, force value, etc.) through a 7-inch touch screen.
3. Install Force Gauge and Fixture, Place the Tested Object
4. Select manual (pointing) or automatic mode to start the test
5. After the test is completed, the beam remains stationary or returns to the origin according to the settings
6. Print test data with a micro printer (e.g. with a companion digital display Force Gauge)
Notice
• Make sure the power supply is AC 220V 50/60HZ before use to avoid voltage mismatch
• Pay attention to limit protection devices and emergency shutdown devices during operation to ensure safety
• When setting parameters, do not exceed the maximum Measured value 1000N/100Kg and Travel 260mm
• Keep equipment clean and avoid use in humid or extreme environments
• Regularly check the leakage protection device to prevent electrical failures
