Overview
The TL-300 Digital Force Gauge is a general-purpose Portable push-pull load testing instrument launched by HBO, suitable for push-pull load testing, insertion force testing and failure testing of various products, and can be combined with various machines and fixtures to form a small testing machine for different purposes.

Principle
The Force Gauge detects the push-pull load through the built-in Sensor, converts the mechanical signal into an electrical signal, and displays the measurement result through the LCD screen after processing. It supports two Operating Modes: real-time tracking and peak holding.

Steps
1. Power on and select the desired unit
2. Set Operating Mode (Real-Time Tracking or Peak Hold) as needed
3. Set the upper and lower limit qualification interval
4. Set the peak hold time
5. Set the gravitational acceleration value
6. Set the automatic shutdown time
7. Connect the testing device and fixture
8. Conduct test operations
9. Read display data
10. Automatic shutdown after the test is completed

• Ambient Temperature should be in the range of 0 ℃ -40 ℃
Storage temperature should be in the range of -20~ 70 ° C
• relative humidity should be kept at 15% -80%
• Should be used in an environment without vibration and corrosion
• Use the matching charger when charging (AC input 220V/50HZ, DC output 5V/1A)
• Charging time is about 4 hours to avoid overcharging
