SK-7500-LEL-BY LEL on-line monitoring system is an on-line monitoring system for continuous monitoring of organic matter LEL (lower explosive limit) content in pipelines. The system integrates gas sampling, pretreatment, concentration detection, data display and communication, and realizes on-site unattended. It has the characteristics of simple structure, wide dynamic range, strong real-time performance, flexible networking, low operating cost, and can communicate with enterprise DCS systems.

The system adopts active sampling method. First, the sample gas in the pipeline is extracted and processed into a clean, drying and constant gas through the gas sampling subsystem (including pre-treatment units such as sampling pump, filtrate, and condensation). The processed sample gas is sent to the detection instrument (SK/MIC-600-LEL-Y). The detection instrument works based on the principle of infrared NDIR, and uses the absorption characteristics of different gas molecules to specific wavelengths of infrared light to identify gas components and determine their LEL concentration according to Lambert-Beer's law, and finally displays and outputs the measurement results.

Determine the installation point according to the sampling station point selection requirements (such as priority selection of vertical pipe sections and negative pressure areas, avoiding specific locations). 2. * The sampling station should prioritize the vertical pipe section and the negative pressure area of the flue to ensure sample representativeness.
