Overview
The GGH-1 light curing machine is a sample preparation cold inlay machine of YUZHOU brand that uses UV Illuminant irradiation to make Resin quickly curing. It is suitable for the inlay process in the preparation of metallographic samples. It can obtain a completely transparent inlay sample in just 60 seconds by pouring Resin into a specific cold inlay mold and putting it into the work compartment. The sample is fast and free of bubbles, meeting the needs of high-quality sample preparation.

Principle
The GGH-1 light curing machine uses dual Illuminant UV LEDs (365 + 405nm) to rapidly cure Resin in the cold setting mold to form a transparent mosaic sample. By setting the irradiation time, the curing process with low cissing rate is realized.

Steps
1. Pour Resin into a specific cold setting mold
2. Put it in the work warehouse.
