Overview
ZKXQ-1 Automatic Vacuum Mosaic Machine is a compact equipment of YUZHOU brand, specially designed for preparation of metallographic samples. It has a built-in vacuum pump and is suitable for vacuum cold mosaic of epoxy resin. It can effectively remove bubbles in the sample and Resin, so that Resin penetrates into the pores and crazing of the sample, and obtains samples without bubbles and pores, improving the mosaic effect. The equipment has large capacity, simple and fast operation, and high Reliability. It is very suitable for preparation of samples for failure analysis of porous materials, crazing, porous castings and composites, electronic components, rock minerals, ceramics and other samples.
Features
1. Built-in low noise vacuum pump, fast vacuum pumping speed, high Vacuum Level.
2. Fully transparent oversized vacuum chamber, capable of holding up to 12 samples (40mm diameter).
3. Electric swirl/spinning table, manual knob pouring, convenient and fast.
4. Program control, can set the Vacuum Level, the number of cycles and the corresponding time, automatically complete the whole mosaic process such as multiple samples, multiple vacuuming, maintaining vacuum, and outgassing cycles.
5. According to different materials and samples, 80 sets of process parameters can be saved and invoked.
Principle
ZKXQ-1 automatic vacuum mosaic machine quickly evacuates through a built-in vacuum pump, which is suitable for vacuum cold mosaic of epoxy resin. In a vacuum environment, it can effectively remove bubbles in the sample and Resin, so that Resin penetrates into the pores and crazing of the sample, so as to obtain a sample without bubbles and pores. The equipment automatically completes the vacuum evacuation, vacuum maintenance and outgassing cycle through program control to ensure the efficient and reliable mosaic process.
Applications
Failure analysis of porous materials, crazing, porous castings and composites specimens, electronic components, rock minerals, ceramics
Steps
1. Set the Vacuum Level, number of cycles and corresponding time through the 7-inch Touchscreen.
2. Place the sample in a fully transparent oversized vacuum chamber.
3. Use the manual knob to pour.
4. Start the program, and the equipment automatically completes the vacuuming, maintaining the vacuum, and outgassing cycle.
5. Save or call process parameters as required.
Notice
• Make sure the input power is single-phase 220V, 50Hz, 10A.
• Pay attention to the size limit of the vacuum chamber when operating, and place up to 12 φ 40mm samples.
• Be careful when pouring with a manual knob.
• Regularly check the noise level of the equipment to ensure that it does not exceed 55dB.
• When saving and calling process parameters, choose according to material and Sample type.
