Overview
ANYTY 3R-YD3D3000S Ultra Depth of Field 3D Microscope adopts an integrated design, which is compact, portable, and does not require an external power supply. Equipped with a high-resolution Optical inspection lens, it can measure more than 1000 lines of reticulated data, support high-precision electric microfocus, the minimum image acquisition interval is 0.2 microns per step, and provides accurate measurement functions such as length, angle, and area to the micron level.

Principle
The microscope collects images at a minimum interval of 0.2 microns per step through a high-precision motorized microfocusing system, and automatically synthesizes high definition images with multi-depth-of-field fusion technology. Coaxial and body light illumination are integrated to ensure fast and clear imagery, and calculus volume measurement algorithm is used to achieve accurate measurement.

Steps
1. Connect the device for power supply and transmission through a USB cable
2. Adjust the autofocus button to set the "upper limit" and "lower limit" of the scanning range.
3. Click "Automatic Acquisition" to complete the image depth of field fusion
4. Carry out 2D/3D measurement, including angle, height, depth, section, line, area, etc
5. Save pictures and measurement data, generate PDF test analysis report
