The Wasites WT200-32 multi-channel temperature recorder (smart) uses a 32-bit high-speed CPU for data processing, is equipped with a 7-inch industrial display capacitive touch screen, supports K, J, E, T, N, S, R, B type Thermocouple input, and has a variety of Display modes. Principle
The instrument consists of Thermocouple, photoelectric switch selector, amplifier, A/D converter, monolithic microcomputer, keyboard, display, Communication interface, Data storage device, cold junction compensation and other parts. The photoelectric switch selector selects the corresponding channel signal, amplifies it by the signal amplifier, and then converts the analog signal into a data signal through the AD converter, which is processed by the monolithic microcomputer for data processing. The cold junction compensation circuit performs room temperature measurement to obtain the cold junction temperature value. The measurement signal and the cold junction temperature value are processed by the monolithic microcomputer to obtain the correct Measuring temperature value and displayed on the display screen. The keyboard, Communication interface and Data storage allow data to be set up, stored and analyzed, and can also be connected to a computer for Data analysis through the Communication interface.
