Principle
The instrument consists of Thermocouple, photoelectric switch selector, amplifier, A/D, monolithic microcomputer, keyboard, display, communication, Data storage device, power management, cold junction compensation and other parts. The photoelectric switch selector selects the corresponding channel signal, amplifies the signal through the signal amplifier, and then converts the analog signal into a data signal through the AD converter to the monolithic microcomputer for data processing. The cold junction compensation circuit performs room temperature measurement to obtain the cold junction temperature value. The measurement signal and the cold junction temperature value are processed by the monolithic microcomputer for data processing, and finally the correct Measuring temperature value is displayed on the display screen. Keyboard, Communication, Data storage allows data to be set and stored on the display screen for analysis, and can also be connected to a computer through the Communication interface for Data analysis directly from the computer. Power management includes battery and charging circuitry.
