Overview
Wasites WT802 AC and DC parameter measurement instrument (High Accuracy type) adopts high-speed CPU for data processing, voltage adopts low temperature drift resistance and current adopts High Accuracy four-wire resistance sampling to ensure stable and accurate measurement data. With true effective value (RMS) measurement function, it can adapt to electrical parameter measurement in various occasions such as full wave, half wave (AC and DC type) and irregular waveform. The instrument can measure parameters such as voltage, current, active power, Power factor and Frequency. It has complete functions, superior performance and simple operation. It is suitable for high-speed measurement in production sites and R & D requests in laboratories.

32-Bit MCU design, more accurate measurement, faster and more stable
3. Standard RS232/RS485 communication port and high analysis software
4. Can measure AC signal (AC), DC signal (DC), AC + DC signal (RMS)
5. Adopt 4-wire resistance current detection to effectively ensure measurement Stability
6. Suitable for half-wave measurement, true root mean square value measurement T-RMS
7. Data locking, alarm mute function
8. Can arbitrarily set the upper and lower limit alarm parameters, sound and light alarm function, and can set the qualified or unqualified alarm function, can set the delay alarm, batch detection to improve efficiency
Principle
The instrument consists of an analog part and a digital part. The analog part includes circuits such as Sensor, multi-speed programmable amplifier, sampling holder and A/D; the digital part includes microcomputer, Data storage device, keyboard and display. The measured voltage signal is converted into a weak signal through the voltage Sensor. After the programmable multi-range amplification, sampling and holding and A/D conversion, the microcomputer calculates the voltage true effective value (URMS) and displays it. The measured current signal is converted into a weak voltage signal through the current Sensor. The same multi-speed programmable amplification, sampling and holding, A/D conversion, and the current true effective value (IRMS) is calculated and displayed by the microcomputer.
Applications
Production lines, laboratories, and Quality control departments of manufacturers in the fields of lighting appliances, electric tools, household appliances, motors, electric heating appliances, etc
Steps
1. Connect the device under test to the instrument input port
2. Select manual or automatic range mode as required
3. Measurement parameters (such as voltage, current, Power, etc.)
4. Start measurement, the instrument automatically displays voltage, current, Power, Power factor/Frequency and other data
5. Use the data lock function to fix the display value (optional)
6. Set the upper and lower limit alarm parameters, and enable the sound and light alarm function (optional)
7. Data analysis via RS232/RS485 interface (optional)
Notice
• Ensure that the input voltage does not exceed the maximum allowable input 700V continuously, and the current does not exceed 24A
• Instantaneous input must not exceed 1000V or 40A, and the time should not exceed 1 second
• Check instrument connection before use to avoid short circuit or overload
• In automatic range mode, note that the Measured value will automatically upshift when it exceeds 110% Basis Weight range, and automatically downshift when it is lower than 30%
• When setting the alarm function, reasonably configure the delay parameters to avoid false alarms
• Regularly calibrate instruments to ensure Measurement accuracy
