Overview
HI7021L Oxidation-reduction potential calibrating solution (ORP) is a test solution specifically designed to test ORP Electrode performance. When placing ORP Electrode in this solution, the reading value should be in the +/- 20 mV range of 240 mV @25 ° C to help the user quickly check that the Electrode is working properly and as a diagnostic tool to determine whether the Electrode needs cleaning and conditioning. The product is manufactured in a temperature-controlled environment using Reagent grade chemicals. The bottle body is marked with the product code, batch number and valid period, and is equipped with tamper-proof sealing to ensure the mass and freshness of the solution.
Features

Principle
ORP Electrode is immersed in HI7021L Oxidation-reduction potential calibrating solution and Electrode performance is evaluated by measurement of Electrode Potential Response in this standard solution. Measured values should be in the +/- 20 mV range of 240 mV @25 ° C when the Electrode is working properly. Exceeding this range indicates that the Electrode may require cleaning, conditioning or replacement.
Applications
ORP Electrode performance testing, Electrode status diagnosis, Water quality monitoring instrument calibrating
Standards
The product does not mention specific compliance standards
Steps
1. Prepare the ORP Electrode to be tested
2. Electrode immersion in HI7021L calibrated liquid
3. Measured values read at 25 ° C
4. Check if the reading is within 240 mV +/- 20 mV
5. Electrode status based on measurement results
Notice
• Check the valid period of the product before use
Measuring temperatures close to 25 ° C for accurate results
• Pay attention to whether the tamper-proof sealing is intact
• Use correctly according to product instructions
