Overview
HI93733-01 is a HANNA brand of high-concentration ammonia nitrogen photometer Reagent. It uses a high-mass formulation for pre-measurement, allowing users to achieve fast and accurate Colorimetric measurements. The Reagent is suitable for measurement of samples in the range of 0.0 to 100.0 ppm ammonium (NH4 +). The number of tests is 100 times, and the results can be converted to ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N) or ammonia (NH3). It is widely used in water quality analysis and environment monitoring.

Principle
HI93733-01 Reagent follows the Nessler method, where a reaction between ammonia and Reagent results in a yellow shade in the sample. By simply adding Reagent to the sample, ammonia and Reagent react to produce a yellow compound. The intensity of Color is determined by a compatible photometer, and the instrument calculates and displays concentration values based on Color intensity.

Steps
1. Prepare the sample to be tested
2. Add HI93733-01 Reagent to the sample
3. Wait for the reaction to complete, the sample is in a yellow shade
4. Color intensity measurement using compatible photometers
5. Read the displayed concentration value (in ppm NH4 +)
6. Convert the results to ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N) or ammonia (NH3) as needed.
