Overview
IPRE-RB150 Profile Gauge is an integrated measurement machine with surface roughness and profile measurement functions under the IPRE brand. It combines a High Accuracy grating measurement system, ground-level guides, non-contact linear motors, and a high-performance computing control system to enable comprehensive and accurate measurement and analysis of surface roughness and profile of various workpieces.

Principle
The device provides accurate feedback of displacement and size through a High Accuracy grating measurement system. The onboard Sensor (such as the Inductive Sensor) moves along the surface of the workpiece under the drive of precision rails and linear motors to collect contour and asperity data. The data is received by a high-performance computing control system and processed and analyzed by special measurement software, and finally outputs the result measurement of various shape parameters and asperity parameters.

Steps
1. Prepare the workpiece and place it on the marble table, and use the universal precision adjustment table for leveling and fixing.
2. According to the measurement needs, choose the appropriate stylus (axe or pointed) to install on the Sensor.
3. Start the equipment and computer control system and run the special measurement software.
4. Set measurement parameters (such as measurement range, speed, etc.) in the software.
5. Control the transverse rail moving device and Sensor to make the stylus contact or align with the surface of the workpiece to be measured.
6. Start automatic or manual measurement, the device will collect contour and asperity data.
7. After the measurement is completed, the software automatically analyzes the data, generates and displays the measurement report.
8. The measurement report can be printed using the connected HP inkjet printing machine.
Notice
* The working environment should maintain a temperature of 20 +/- 2 ° C (room temperature), a humidity of 20-80% RH, and no obvious source.
The device needs to use a 220V, 50Hz power supply, and ensure that a separate ground wire is connected.
* Before measurement, use standard size ball, height standard block, Roughness Gauge standard block, etc. to calibrate to ensure measurement accuracy.
* Pay attention to the traverse speed range of the table (0.05-50 mm/s) when operating to avoid high-speed collision with the stylus or workpiece.
* Regularly clean and maintain the marble table, guide rail and stylus to prevent dust and abrasion from affecting the accuracy.
* The instrument weight is about 160Kg, and it needs to be stable during handling and installation to prevent dumping.
Non-professional personnel should not disassemble or adjust the mechanical and electrical parts without authorization.
