Overview
The TCY-30 masonry mortar ejector is a small hydraulic testing instrument launched by the Tiandi Spark brand for estimating the strength of masonry mortar in 240mm thick sintered ordinary bricks, sintered porous bricks, autoclaved lime sand bricks or autoclaved fly ash bricks. The measured mortar strength range is 1MPa-10MPa. During testing, the instrument needs to be placed in the wall Hole, and the piston pushes the cover plate to apply force to the block. The test results are intuitive and the detection part is partially damaged.

Principle
After adjusting the instrument, switch the instrument to the peak state, press the manual pump to press the handle, the hydraulic oil communicates with the digital pressure gauge all the way through YouTube, and the other way enters the ejector to push the piston up, and the piston pushes the cover plate to apply thrust to the block. As the thrust increases, the block shears and moves, and the oil pressure quickly decreases back to zero. The digital display meter records the maximum force value, and the shear strength of the masonry can be calculated. Release the unloading valve and return the piston under the action of spring force.
