Principle
The Working Principle of the intelligent pullout instrument is: when the center hole of the jack passes through the rod to be tested, select a suitable anchor to clamp the outer leakage part of the rod to be tested; under the action of the hydraulic force of the manual pump, the oil pressure is transmitted to the cylinder block through YouTube, and the piston rod moves outward against the special anchor; the pressure acts directly on the anchor shell and is transmitted to the clip. After the clip is stressed, it clamps the rod to be tested, and finally causes the rod to be subjected to the outward pulling force; at this time, the pressure gauge on the pressure pump shows the corresponding force (kN) value, which reflects the size of the pulling force on the rod to be tested. After the drawing instrument completes the test, it needs to manually remove the anchorage by shaking and vibrating with less force, so that the hollow cylinder can be easily removed.

Steps
1. The center hole of the jack passes through the rod under test
2. Select the appropriate anchor to clamp the outer leakage part of the tested rod
