Overview
XH-40S intelligent multi-functional strength tester is a small hydraulic force measuring device of Tiandi Spark brand, which is used for inspection of the bond strength and concrete strength of building engineering veneer bricks, mosaics and walls or floors. The instrument is composed of a piercing jack, a hand pump, a triangular chassis and a force measuring device. It has the characteristics of one-machine dual-use, novel structure, small size, convenient operation and complete functions.

Principle
When detecting the bonding strength of the veneer brick, the tensile force is generated on the bonding material of the veneer brick through the three-point reaction force support; when detecting the strength of the concrete, the principle of the post-assembly pull-out method is used to calculate the force required to pull out the anchors placed in the concrete.
