Overview
Tiandi Spark XH-50T (electric) graded pressure relief electric pulling instrument is an electric bolt tension meter, which is suitable for the detection of the anchoring force of anchors, anchor cables and other anchors. It is an essential instrument for mass inspection of anchor construction. The tension meter is composed of Electric Pump, hydraulic cylinder, digital pressure gauge and high voltage hose. It has the characteristics of novel structure, reliable performance, convenient operation and small size.
Features
1. Electric Pump adopts double oil plunger design, high working efficiency, fast loading speed, high voltage can be adjusted according to the required pressure
2. The pump body is equipped with three-position four-way manual reversing valve, which adopts end-face sealing structure, good sealing performance, convenient operation and long life
3. The hydraulic cylinder is in the form of hollow double oil circuit, which is connected to the high voltage hose through a quick connector
4. The digital pressure gauge directly reads the KN value without conversion, has a peak hold function, and can store 50 data
5. Equipped with a grading unloading knob, which can control the grading unloading of hydraulic cylinders
Principle
The tension gauge generates hydraulic power through the Electric Pump, which is transmitted to the hydraulic cylinder through the high voltage hose to realize the loading function. The reversing valve controls the loading and unloading of the oil pump, and the grading unloading knob can slowly swirl/spin counterclockwise to achieve grading unloading. The digital pressure gauge directly displays the pulling force value without conversion.

Steps
1. Tighten the grading unloading knob clockwise before use
2. Control the oil pump loading through the reversing valve
3. The digital pressure gauge directly reads the KN value
4. Slow counterclockwise swirl/spin grading unloading knob to achieve grading unloading
