Overview
Tiandi Spark XH-60/300 Bond strength Tester is suitable for measuring the bond strength of ribbed steel bars and base concrete with anchorage type Adhesive bonding under constrained drawing conditions. The instrument is composed of manual pump, hydraulic cylinder, pressure sensor, data collection instrument and high voltage hose. It is compact in structure, easy to carry, small in size and light in weight.

Principle
When the jack and the center hole of the pressure sensor cover the rod to be tested, select a suitable fixture to clamp the exposed part of the rod; under the hydraulic action of the pressure pump, the oil pressure is transmitted to the jack cylinder through YouTube, and the piston rod is moved outward against the Sensor and the special chuck; the pressure acts on the anchor shell and is transmitted to the clip clamping rod, and finally the rod is subjected to the outward pulling force; the pressure pump pressure gauge shows the corresponding force (kN) value, reflecting the pull force on the rod.

Steps
1. Put the jack and the center hole of the pressure sensor on the tested rod
2. Select a suitable fixture to clamp the part of the tested rod that is exposed to the center hole
3. Operate the pressure pump to apply hydraulic force
4. Observe the reading of the pressure pump pressure gauge and obtain the drawing force (kN) value
Notice
• Ensure that the fixture matches the tested rod and is firmly clamped
• Check whether the hydraulic system connection is reliable before operation
• Avoid exceeding the maximum Operating Pressure of the instrument 63MPa and the maximum pulling force 300kN
• Regularly check the status of each component of the instrument to ensure normal use
