Principle
The mortar strength meter applies shear force to the mortar sheet through the upper and lower blades, the digital pressure gauge monitors and records the shear force value in real time, and the instrument records the peak pressure when the mortar sheet reaches the ultimate strength, so as to estimate the strength of the masonry mortar.

Steps
1. Place the strength meter at the position of the mortar sheet to be tested
2. Turn on the power and check the status of the instrument
3. Range setting and calibrating as required
4. Select Peak Hold or Normal Measurement mode
5. Start the measurement, the upper and lower blades apply shear force to the mortar sheet
6. Observe the digital pressure gauge display value
7. Record or store measurement data
8. Data query and analysis after measurement is completed
