Overview
This instrument is Tiandi Spark XHCR-1 winding testing machine, which is used to detect the adhesion performance of galvanized coatings. It meets the requirements of GB/T26941.1-2011 isolation technical specifications, and has the characteristics of adjustable winding speed, adjustable winding number, and adjustable free tension according to the diameter of the wire.

Principle
Through the adjustable winding speed and number of turns setting, the galvanized iron wire is wound and tested, and the free tension is adjusted according to the diameter of the steel wire to detect whether the adhesion performance of the galvanized layer meets the standard requirements.

Steps
1. Adjust the free tension according to the diameter of the wire
2. Set the winding speed and the number of winding turns
3. Install the specimen, the maximum length does not exceed 820mm
4. Start the equipment for winding test
5. Observe and record the adhesion of the galvanized layer
