Overview
The bipartite divider is a tool for shrinking coal samples designed according to the national standard GB474 "Preparative Method of Coal Samples", which is composed of sealing shell, lattice groove, splitter, dustpan, etc. The width of the bipartite groove of different specifications is 2.5 times the maximum particle size of the coal sample, and the slope of the inclined surface such as the lattice groove is not less than 60 degrees. It has the characteristics of reasonable structure, convenient use, strong multi-point shrinkage performance and good representation, which can significantly improve the efficiency and mass of sample preparation. It is suitable for the shrinkage sampling of coal, ore samples or Miscellaneous uneven granular materials. The product has two types: full sealing type and ordinary type. The material is stainless steel. Each set contains three specifications: large, medium and small, which are suitable for sample shrinkage of different particle sizes.
Features
1. Reasonable structure and easy to use
2. With multi-point shrinkage performance, good representation
3. Can significantly improve sample efficiency and mass
4. Full sealing type and ordinary type are optional, the material is stainless steel
5. Each set contains three specifications, covering different particle size sample reduction requirements
Principle
The bicomponent realizes material shrinkage through the design of the grid groove, the width of the grid groove is 2.5 times the maximum particle size of the coal sample, and the slope of the slope of the grid groove is not less than 60 degrees to ensure that the material is evenly distributed under the action of gravity, and the multi-point shrinkage is realized to ensure the representativeness of the sample.
Applications
Shrinkage sampling of coal, ore and Miscellaneous inhomogeneous granular materials
Standards
GB474 "coal sample preparatory method"
Steps
1. Select the corresponding specification according to the sample particle size
2. Pour the sample into the bicomponent dustpan
3. Material is naturally diverted through the grid
4. Use the splitter to collect the reduced sample
Notice
• Before use, choose the appropriate specification of the dichotomy according to the maximum particle size of the sample
• Make sure the grid is clean to avoid blockage affecting the shrinkage effect
• Keep the dichotomy stable during operation to prevent material spillage
• Regularly check the slope of the groove to ensure that it is not less than 60 degrees
