Overview
MUXUAN MXF-T100 Powerful Disperser is a hydraulic dispersion mixing equipment specially designed for the dispersion and mixing of high viscosity materials (such as gasoline and glue). The equipment adopts 4KW dispersion motor and 1.5KW low-speed stirring motor, both of which support frequency conversion speed regulation, and are equipped with 100L jacketed sealed material cylinder (effective volume 50L) and water chilling down system to control material temperature and prevent volatilization. The whole machine has explosion-proof function. The material contact part is made of 304 stainless steel, combined with hydraulic lifting and mechanical sealing design, which effectively prevents leakage and ensures operation safety and material handling effect in hazardous environments.

Principle
The device drives the dispersion disc and Impeller for lifting and lowering through the hydraulic system. When working, the high-speed dispersion motor drives the dispersion disc to strongly shear and disperse high-viscosity materials, while the low-speed stirring motor drives the Impeller for uniform mixing. The Rotation speed of both can be independently stepless adjusted by the frequency converter. The material is processed in a closed jacket cylinder. The circulating chilled down water in the jacket can take away the heat generated during the process and control the temperature of the material. Mechanical sealing and airtight design work together to prevent the material from leaking or volatilizing during processing.

Steps
1. Check whether the components of the equipment (such as motor, material cylinder, sealing, chilling down system) are normal, and confirm that the explosion-proof facilities are in good condition.
2. Add the material to be processed into a closed cylinder with an effective volume of 50L.
3. Start the equipment and set the required Rotation speed of the dispersed motor and the stirring motor through the Control system (0-1500 rpm for dispersion, 150-300 rpm for stirring).
4. Operate the hydraulic lifting system to lower the dispersion disc and Impeller to the appropriate working position in the cylinder.
5. Open the jacket water cooling down system to control the temperature during the material handling process.
6. Start the dispersion and stirring functions, and start the dispersion and mixing process of the material.
7. After the processing is completed, stop the motor, raise the dispersion disc and Impeller, and perform discharge and equipment cleaning.

* Before operation, be sure to confirm that the explosion-proof function of the equipment and related qualification certifications are valid to ensure safe use in the applicable environment.
The amount of material added must not exceed the effective volume of the cylinder (50L) to avoid overload.
* During the operation of the equipment, pay attention to observe whether the chilled down water system is working normally to prevent the material temperature from being too high.
* Regularly check the integrity of mechanical sealing to prevent material leakage and volatilization.
When cleaning and maintaining equipment, ensure that the power is fully turned off.
Non-professional personnel should not disassemble or modify equipment circuits and explosion-proof components.
