Overview
The WIRE20 wire film thickness tester is a High Accuracy instrument designed for the measurement of the thickness of various single and multi-layer platings. Suitable for wire and columnar workpieces with a diameter of 0.1 to 4mm, no conversion is required to read the results directly. Measurement range 0.03 to 50.00 microns, resolution 0.01 microns, Indication Error less than 10%, equipped with LCD screen, micro thermal printer and convenient test stand, widely used in steel, copper and copper alloy materials platings thickness detection.

Principle
The instrument calibrates single platings or multi-layer platings (Calibration plate required), uses High Accuracy Sensor to measure platings thickness, directly reads the results and processes the data, and automatically generates statistical reports with a built-in thermal printer.

Steps
Connect the power supply (AC 110V or 220V).
2. Calibration plate for single or multi-platings calibrating (if applicable).
3. Place the wire or columnar workpiece on the quick-loading fixing table and use the quick-length fixing device to locate it.
4. Select single platings or multiple platings/matrix combinations through custom hotkeys, and enter the test state with one click.
5. Read the measurement results, the instrument automatically processes the data and can print the statistical report through the thermal printer.
Notice
• Calibrating operations must be performed with Calibration plates.
• An optional thermostatic base is recommended for winter and cold areas to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Power supply voltage matching (110V or 220V).
• Instrument Sensitivity is preset and requires no user adjustment.
