Overview
The NDJ-9S rotational viscometer is an upgraded product of HuiNuo brand digital rotational viscometer. It adopts reliable mechanical design technology, manufacturing process and microcomputer control technology, and has stable data collection. The instrument has the characteristics of high measurement Sensitivity and reliable test results. It can be used to measure the absolute viscosity of Newtonian liquids and the apparent relative viscosity of non-Newtonian liquids.
Features
1. Adopt high-resolution 3.5-inch IPS display, visually display viscosity, Rotation speed, temperature, percent torque, rotor number and the maximum viscosity that can be measured at the current Rotation speed of the selected rotor number
2. Sensitivity of measurement, reliable test results
3. Stable data collection
4. Support conventional measurement, Linear dispersion measurement, recording, viscosity conversion, printing and other functions
5. Equipped with USB and RS232 Interface
6. Can store 50 measurement records
7. Support Chinese and English language switching
8. Standard temperature probe and probe mount
Principle
The viscosity is measured by the resistance of the rotor to swirling/spinning in the liquid. When the rotor swirls/spins at a specific Rotation speed, the resistance of the liquid to the rotor is proportional to the viscosity of the liquid. The viscosity value of the liquid can be obtained by measuring this resistance and processing it with a microcomputer.
Applications
Oil, paints, plastic, food, Coatings, glue, Adhesive, Resin, chemical raw materials and other fluid viscosity measurement
Standards
Reproducibility : +/- 1% F.S, Measurement accuracy : +/- 2% F.S
Steps
1. Select the appropriate rotor and install it
2. Place the sample in the measurement vessel
3. Rotation speed required
4. Start the measurement program
5. Read the viscosity data on the display
6. Save or print measurement results as needed
