The DGC D5008 Probe is an accessory for the Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge, suitable for the DGC DC1000, DC2000, DC3000, DC4000 series Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge. The Probe Frequency is 5.0MHz and can be used in a variety of measurement applications, especially when the measurement surface is flat or large radians, and the thickness of the measured body exceeds 50mm.

Principle
D5008 Probe uses the propagation characteristics of ultrasonic waves in materials to measure the thickness of workpieces by transmitting and receiving ultrasonic signals. When ultrasonic waves are sent from the probe and penetrate the workpiece, they are reflected back to the Probe at the interface, and the instrument calculates the thickness value according to the round-trip time of ultrasonic waves.

Steps
1. Select the D5008 Probe and install it on a compatible Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge
2. Fit the Probe to the surface of the workpiece to ensure good contact
3. Start the thickness gauge for measurement
4. Read and record thickness data

• Workpiece surface temperature should be lower than 50 ° C during measurement
• Ensure that the Probe is in full contact with the workpiece surface to avoid measurement errors
• Only compatible with DGC Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge series
• The lower limit of pipe measurement is φ 25 * 1.2mm, lower than this specification may affect the accuracy
