The DGC DHT-310DL digital display Leeb hardness tester is a Portable intelligent hardness gauge with DL Impact device. The product has automatic storage of 1250 sets of measurement data and Bluetooth printing function, which is rugged and small in size.

Principle
The hardness gauge adopts the principle of Richter hardness testing. Impact the surface of the workpiece under the action of elastic force through the Impact body in the Sensor, measure the speed of Impact and rebound, and calculate the Hardness value according to the Richter Hardness definition.
Steps
1. Loading: Press the loading sleeve down to the bottom, grab the Impact body, and then reset the loading sleeve. Be careful not to let the loading sleeve spring back freely.
2. Positioning: Press the Sensor vertically on the surface of the workpiece according to the selected measurement direction.
3. Release: Press the release button to release the Impact Body for measurement.
Notice
• When using batch storage, select Miscellaneous batches or turn off storage immediately after storing a batch to avoid affecting Miscellaneous data.
• If the function of restoring the original factory settings is used, the user-defined settings (such as address and Hardness standard) will be deleted, and the user is requested to record the relevant settings by himself.
• If you do not use the hardness gauge for a long time, please charge the battery regularly to avoid damage to the instrument due to battery damage.
• The Bluetooth printer uses a rechargeable battery, which can print about 90 meters of paper in one charge; the printer uses 57 * 40 standard thermal printing paper.
