Overview
DGC D2012 Probe is an accessory of Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge, suitable for DGC DC1000, DC2000, DC3000, DC4000 series thickness gauges. The Probe is mainly used for thickness measurement of coarse crystal materials such as cast iron. Users can choose different Probe models according to the thickness and shape of the measured body to suit different applications.
Features
1. Designed for coarse crystal materials, suitable for measurement of cast iron and other materials
2. Probe Frequency 2.0MHz, optimized coarse crystal material detection performance
3. Measurement range, covering 2.0~ 400.0mm
4. Compatible with a variety of DGC thickness gauge series
Principle
The D2012 Probe operates on the principle of ultrasound, emitting 2.0MHz Frequency ultrasonic signals through the material under test, and calculating the material thickness by receiving the echo signal. Especially optimized for the acoustic characteristics of coarse-grained materials such as cast iron to ensure measurement accuracy and Reliability.
Applications
Cast iron material thickness measurement, coarse crystal material workpiece detection, industrial equipment thickness monitoring
