Overview
DGC D7004 Probe is an accessory of Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge, suitable for DGC DC1000, DC2000, DC3000, DC4000 series Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge. The Probe is mainly used for thin-walled and small arc measurement, and can be adapted to different measurement occasions by selecting different Probes.
Features
1. Probe Frequency 10.0MHz for thin wall measurement
2. Measurement range 0.65~ 20mm
3. Suitable for small arc surface workpiece measurement
4. The lower limit of pipe measurement is φ 10 * 1.0mm.
5. Measuring temperature below 50 ℃
Principle
The D7004 Probe, as an accessory of the Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge, calculates the thickness of the workpiece according to the propagation time of the ultrasonic wave in the material by transmitting and receiving ultrasonic signals. The Probe Frequency is 10MHz, which is suitable for accurate measurement of thin-walled and small curved workpieces.
Applications
Thin-walled workpiece measurement, small arc workpiece measurement
Steps
1. Select the D7004 Probe according to the thickness and shape of the measured body
2. Connect Probe to DGC Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge
3. Measuring temperature below 50 ℃
4. Probe contact with the surface of the workpiece to be measured for measurement
5. Read the thickness value displayed by the thickness gauge
Notice
• Measuring temperature must be below 50 ℃
• Only suitable for measurement of thin-walled and small curved workpieces
• The minimum size for pipe measurement is φ 10 * 1.0mm.
• Measurement range limited to 0.65~ 20mm
• It needs to be used with DGC designated series thickness gauges
