Overview
The OSP-12 L600φ 10 Spreader rod is a bar film applicator made using formed technology, and its length can be customized. The product uses precision mold and cold extrusion processing technology to process concave and convex wavy Linear dispersion on the surface of the steel rod, achieving the same Spreader effect as traditional bars, while solving some inherent defects of traditional bars.

Principle
The Spreader rod uses the principle of plastic deformation of metal to roll out various mountain shapes (Linear dispersion) on the surface of the steel rod through cold extrusion processing technology, so as to form a wet-film with a specific film thickness during Spreader.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Spreader rod model according to the required wet film thickness.
2. Spreader the material to be placed on a flat substrate.
3. Hold both ends of the Spreader rod and scrape the substrate at uniform speed and pressure.
4. After the Spreader is completed, clean the Spreader stick in time.
Notice
• It should be cleaned in time after use to keep the surface of the Spreader clean and accurate.
• When cleaning, soak and wipe with a suitable solvent (such as alcohol).
• Do not use hard objects to scratch the surface of the Spreader rod to avoid damaging its precision structure.
When storing, care should be taken to avoid bumping and extrusion.
