Overview
JFL XYM-D series Powder Tablet Press mold is a large cylindrical mold with larger specifications, including φ 30, φ 32, φ 35, φ 40, φ 50, φ 60, and φ 80. The mold is made of alloy steel and has the characteristics of high Hardness, good toughness, High Accuracy and Glossiness. It is an important part of Powder Tablet Press. It needs to be used with YP series Powder Tablet Press to make samples of different sizes.

1. The surface finish of the pressed sample is high, without burr, and the surface is very uniform.

Principle
The mold is the core component of the Powder Tablet Press. The powder material is pressed into a cylindrical sample of a specific size and shape in the mold cavity by applying pressure from a matching tablet press.

Steps
1. Install the die correctly on the matching YP series powder tablet press.
2. Fill the powder material to be pressed into the mold cavity.
3. Operate the tablet press to apply pressure to the mold to press the powder into shape.
4. Demoulding takes out the pressed cylindrical sample.

• This mold needs to be used with the designated YP series Powder Tablet Press.
• Before use, please confirm that the mold specifications (such as φ 35) meet the Sample size requirements.
