Overview
AD300L-SH (10G/25G) high-speed dispersion Mulser is a laboratory equipment of ANGNI brand. It is driven by a series micro high-speed motor and is suitable for stirring and mixing of low to high viscosity liquids in the laboratory, dispersing homogeneous granular materials and crushing tissue cells. The machine is composed of a high-speed motor, a dispersed homogeneous working head and a speed control controller. It has constant speed control, soft start and overload protection functions to ensure safe and reliable experiments.

Principle
The device drives the working head swirl/spin through a high-speed motor to generate shear force in the liquid medium to achieve dispersion, homogenization and cell crushing of the material. The Rotation speed is precisely controlled by the microprocessor, which can automatically compensate for the Rotation speed deviation caused by load changes and Power supply voltage fluctuations, and maintain constant speed operation.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply AC 220V
2. Select the adapter head (10G or 25G)
3. Set the required Rotation speed (2000~ 24000rpm stepless speed regulation)
4. Set the timing time (1~ 999min)
5. Dip the working head into the liquid to the specified depth
6. Start the device and start running
7. Monitoring LED display Rotation speed
8. Turn off the device after the experiment is completed

• The depth of the working head immersed in the liquid must meet the specifications (10G: 25~ 120mm, 25G: 50~ 165mm)
• Permissible Ambient Temperature not exceeding 40 ℃
• Allowable relative humidity not exceeding 80%
• Operating temperature of material contact part is 120 ℃
• Chemical wet sterilization only
• Processing capacity needs to be within the standard range (10G: 25~ 100mL, 25G: 80~ 5000mL)
• Avoid use under conditions exceeding specifications
