Overview
AD300L-SH high-speed dispersion Mulser is an ANGNI brand laboratory equipment. It is driven by a series motor and is suitable for stirring and mixing of low to high viscosity liquids in the laboratory, dispersing and homogenizing granular materials and crushing tissue cells. The machine consists of a high-speed motor, a dispersed homogenizing working head and a speed control controller, with stable operation, precise control of Rotation speed and automatic protection functions.

Principle
The device uses a high-speed motor to drive the working head to swirl/spin at high speed in the liquid medium, generating a strong shear force to achieve dispersion, homogenization and cell crushing of the material. The microprocessor Control system can monitor and adjust the Rotation speed in real time to ensure a constant working effect under different load conditions.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate 19G or 35G working head and install it
2. Dip the working head into the liquid to the appropriate depth (19G: 45-160mm, 35G: 60-175mm)
3. Turn on the power and set the required Rotation speed (2000-24000rpm)
4. Set the timing time (1-999 minutes)
5. Start the device and start working
6. Turn off the power after the work is completed and clean the work head
Notice
• The depth of the working head immersed in the liquid should meet the specified range
• Operating temperature of material contact part is 120 ℃
• Permissible Ambient Temperature 5~ 40 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 80%
• Chemical wet sterilization
• Pay attention to the suspension particle size and emulsion particle size range requirements
• Avoid long-term overload operation
• Regularly check the operating status of the equipment
