Overview
HUXI HR-750BPF laboratory high speed dissolver is an experimental equipment that integrates stirring, sand grinding and dispersion functions. It has the advantages of small size, low noise, no commutation interference, and no carbon brush mechanical abrasion. The device directly displays the rotating shaft Rotation speed digitally, equipped with dispersion blades, which can adapt to different experimental needs, and calculates the relationship between linear speed and material viscosity and chemical reaction rate through the rotating shaft speed, providing correct data for large-scale production.

Principle
The experimental high speed dissolver drives the dispersion shaft at high speed swirl/spin through the frequency conversion brushless motor to drive the dispersion blade for stirring, grinding or dispersing operations. The digital display of the rotating shaft Rotation speed allows users to directly calculate the relationship between the linear speed and the material viscosity and chemical reaction rate according to the Rotation speed to achieve accurate experimental control.

Steps
1. Fix the material barrel with a clamp to ensure that the kettle body does not move.
2. Select the appropriate size of the dispersion disc, the use of hexagon screws and dispersion shaft connection.
3. Adjust the height of the dispersion shaft through the electric lifting platform and set the lifting Travel.
4. Start the device and use the stepless speed regulation function to adjust the Rotation speed to the desired range (0~ 8000rpm).
5. Monitor the digital display of the shaft Rotation speed for stirring, dispersing or grinding operations.
6. After the experiment, turn off the equipment and clean the components.
Notice
Make sure the voltage is 220V to avoid power mismatch.
• When handling high viscosity materials, be sure to use a holding fixed material bucket.
• When disassembling the dispersion disc, pay attention to the use of hexagon screws to ensure that the connection is firm.
