Overview
The Scruf Resistance Tester HT-107 is a HUITAO brand test equipment suitable for a variety of abrasion and wet scruf tests. The instrument is commonly used in the scruf resistance test of interior-wall coatings, floor tiles, shower rooms and furniture surfaces. It can test the scruf resistance of painted or unpainted surfaces with brushes, sponges, scouring cloths, sandpaper or Miscellaneous methods, and supports wet scruf by adding friction or cleaning agents for friction resistance tests.
Features
1. Diversified design for a variety of abrasion resistance and wet scruf test;
2. The friction head (e.g. polyurethane sponge, pig hair brush) can be replaced to meet different standard requirements;
3. Can be loaded with different forces;
4. Equipped with an adjustable peristaltic pump to provide accurate washing power;
5. The control interface can adjust operating parameters such as scruf cycle times and motion Frequency;
6. The instrument structure includes a main chassis and a scruf brush, with horizontal legs and sample holding devices.
Principle
Driven by the motor, the friction head is driven to reciprocate, and the motion rate and motion Travel of the instrument are adjusted according to different standard test requirements. The linear front and rear movement is obtained by the electric motor, the eccentric wheel and the wire pulling device. An 8-digit preset counter is installed to record the number of cycles, and the washing power is precisely provided by the adjustable peristaltic pump.
Applications
Interior-wall Coatings, Floor Tiles, Shower Rooms, Furniture Surfaces
Standards
ISO 11998、ASTM D3450、ASTM D4213、ASTM D4828、ASTM D2486、ASTM D1792、ASTM D3206、ASTM D3207
Steps
1. Place the sample on the sample holding device.
2. Select the appropriate friction head (e.g. polyurethane sponge or pig hair brush) according to the test criteria and install it;
3. Set operating parameters such as scruf cycle times and motion Frequency through the control interface;
4. Start the instrument, and the motor drives the reciprocating motion of the friction head for testing.
5. Use the preset counter to record the number of cycles, and stop the instrument after the test is completed.
Notice
Make sure the power supply is 220V and 50Hz.
• Correctly select and install the friction head according to the test criteria;
• Adjust the instrument motion rate and Travel to meet the standard requirements;
• Check whether the peristaltic pump and counter function are normal before use;
• Pay attention to the size and weight of the instrument to ensure stable placement.
