Overview
HUITAO HT-554A glove linear cutting resistance performance tester is mainly used to test the protection performance of gloves against cutting. The device meets or exceeds the requirements of EN ISO 13997, ASTM F2992/F2992M, FprEN 388:2016, GB24541-2022 6.3 cutting resistance (straight knife test method) and other standards.
Features
1. The equipment adopts an integrated and easy-to-operate LCD panel; the load range that can be provided is 0.1 to 200 N.
2, a set of combined weight, the maximum total load can reach 61N;
3. Equipped with locking and unlocking lever, the cutting arm can be locked and unlocked; with displacement return to zero function; movable sample holder is convenient to adjust up to 9 cutting positions; cutting speed: 2.5 m/s; blade replacement is simple and convenient; with protective cover to provide safe operation guarantee; cutting knife moving distance accuracy: 0.1mm.
Principle
The device simulates the actual cutting conditions by applying a controlled load and cutting speed. Adjusting multiple cutting positions with a movable sample holder ensures comprehensive testing.

Steps
1. Use the LCD panel to set the load parameters.
2. Lock or unlock the cutting arm through the operating lever.
3. Adjust the sample holder to the desired cutting position.
4. Start the equipment for cutting testing.
5. Replace the blade if necessary.
