The test principle is to make the webbing rub back and forth on the two edges and corners of the hexagonal rod for a certain number of times, and observe the degree of wear resistance to determine the product mass.

Principle
The equipment structure is designed according to ASTM D6770. The test principle makes the webbing rub back and forth on the two edges and corners of the hexagonal rod for a certain number of times, and the degree of wear resistance is observed to determine the product mass.

Steps
1. Install the webbing specimen onto the test fixture
2. Set the test parameters (Travel 300 +/- 20mm, speed 30 times/+/- 2min, etc.)
3. Start the device for automatic testing
4. Equipment automatically shuts down and saves test data
5. Observe the wear resistance of the webbing to determine the product mass
Notice
• Make sure the power supply is AC220V 5A
• Confirm that the webbing width is 108mm before testing
• Choose the correct weight according to the station
• Keep the hexagonal rod size 6.35 +/- 0.03mm, radius 0.5 +/- 0.1mm
• Note that the friction angle is controlled within the range of 85 +/- 2 °
• The device will automatically shut down during the test, please do not intervene manually
