Overview
Ceramic unglazed brick wear resistance tester HT-1090 adopts a cycloidal needle tooth meshing planetary transmission principle deceleration mechanism, which has the characteristics of compact structure, stable transmission, low noise, and constant output Rotation speed. The test time can be preset and digitally displayed, and the motor will automatically stop after reaching the predetermined time. The instrument is suitable for wear resistance test of brittle materials such as unglazed bricks and cement pavement bricks, which can improve the inspection conditions of architectural ceramics and accessories manufacturers and improve the detection level.
Features
1. The deceleration mechanism with cycloidal needle tooth meshing planetary transmission principle has compact structure, stable transmission, low noise and constant output Rotation speed
2. The test time can be preset, with digital display function, and the motor automatically stops when the predetermined time is reached
3. Equipped with color 7-inch Touchscreen Operating interface, support Chinese and English switching
4. Adopt PLC Control system
5. Standard and optional grinding wheels of different specifications to meet different standard requirements
6. Storage hopper volume greater than 5L, abrasive supply is stable
Principle
The instrument consists of a power transmission part, a sample fixture part, an abrasive storage and supply part, and an electrical control part. The grinding wheel rotates at a constant Rotation speed, and the sample contacts the friction wheel by pressing the weight at a certain pressure. The abrasive enters the ground area evenly according to the specified Flow rate, and the surface of the sample generates a grinding pit under the action of abrasive. By measuring the length of the grinding pit on the surface of the sample (accuracy to 0.5mm), the volume of the grinding pit is calculated to indicate the degree of abrasion of the sample. Each sample is evaluated by the average abrasion volume of the two parts.
Applications
Wear resistance test of brittle materials such as unglazed brick and cement pavement brick
Standards
GB/T3810.6、GB/T12988、ISO10545-6
Steps
1. Prepare the sample with a size of 100mm x 150mm
2. Install the appropriate grinding wheel (standard or optional)
3. Add the specified particle size abrasive to the storage hopper
4. Test time preset by Touchscreen
5. Fix the specimen to the fixture
6. Adjust pressure weight pressure
7. Start test, the grinding wheel rotates at a constant Rotation speed of 75 +/- 4rpm
8. Flow rate of abrasive into the ground area
9. The instrument automatically stops when the predetermined time is reached
10. Measurement of the surface of the sample grinding pit chord length, calculation of grinding pit volume
Notice
• The equilibrate weight needs to be provided by the customer according to the sample weight
• Gas source requirements 0-0.4 mpa, customers need to bring their own
• Power requirements are 220V, 20A, 50Hz
• Optional abrasives should meet the F80 white molten aluminum oxide particle size requirements specified in ISO8486-1986
• The accuracy of measuring the chord length of the grinding pit should reach 0.5mm.
• Each sample should be evaluated by averaging the two parts of the measurement
