Overview
HUITAO HT-D270 Carpet Caster Wear resistance Tester is a professional equipment used to test the wear resistance performance of carpet, resilience floor and other paving materials under the load of casters. The equipment adopts swirl/spin friction method, has automatic control and intelligent Operating interface, and is suitable for a variety of standard testing requirements.

Principle
The testing machine simulates the actual use of casters on carpets or resilience paving materials by driving the test bench and the foot wheel swirl/spin by a motor. The test bench and the foot wheel share the same motor to ensure that the relative Rotation speed and steering are consistent, while the vacuum device automatically adjusts the suction trend height to optimize the suction effect, and the infrared Sensor monitors the safe area in real time.

Steps
1. Prepare the sample and place it on the test bench
2. Set test parameters such as Rotation speed and duration through Touchscreen
3. Start the device, foot wheel and test bench automatically swirl/spin for testing
4. Infrared Sensor monitors safety during the test, and automatically stops if there is any abnormality
5. After the test, observe the results directly on the open test bench
6. Use a vacuum cleaner to clean the test area
Notice
• Ensure Operating Environment Temperature at 0~ 40 ℃, relative humidity < 80%
• Power supply needs to be AC220V +/- 10%, 50Hz, Power 2000W
• Check that the infrared protection device is functioning properly before the test
• Avoid human or foreign objects from entering the test area to prevent danger
• Regularly maintain the vacuuming device to ensure the suction effect
