Overview
JFL XYM-D series of Powder Tablet Press molds include φ 80 and other specifications, which are large cylindrical molds. This series of molds are made of alloy steel and have the characteristics of high Hardness, good toughness, High Accuracy and Glossiness. It is an important part of Powder Tablet Press and needs to be used with YP series Powder Tablet Press to make samples of different sizes.

Principle
This product is a Powder Tablet Press mold, which needs to be used with the YP series Powder Tablet Press. By applying pressure through a tablet press, the mold presses the powder material into a cylindrical sample of a specific size and shape.

Steps
1. Install the die on the matching YP series powder tablet press.
2. Place the powder material to be pressed into the mold cavity.
3. Operate the tablet press for pressing.
4. Take out the pressed sample.
