Overview
HUITAO HT-555 five-station finger Abrasion Tester is a multi-functional wear-resistant testing device that can simulate the abrasion process of products, fingers, skin, etc., including finger abrasion, nail scratch, tooth abrasion, sole abrasion and industrial scratch. The device can truly simulate the liquid environment and supports testing under liquid medium conditions such as human sweat, hand cream, sunscreen, detergent, toothpaste, etc.

Principle
Apply a certain pressure through the test head, carry the standard test cloth to automatically cycle friction on various material surfaces/coatings at a standard angle of 45 degrees. Test conditions can be customized, including dry and liquid environments (such as sweat, emulsion), to simulate the real abrasion process.

Steps
1. Prepare test samples and standard test cloths
2. Set the test parameters (Travel 1-40mm, angle 45 degrees, test times 1-1 million times)
3. Select test mode (dry or liquid environment)
4. Start the equipment for automatic cyclic friction testing
5. Observe and record test results
