Overview
HUITAO HT-108 reciprocating Wear resistance testing apparatus is used to detect the scratch resistance and wear resistance performance of Coatings, Plastics, Decorative Fabrics, Automobile Interiors, Velvet Fabrics, etc. The instrument uses LCD screen to control and display the test process, and can set the number of reciprocating abrasions, motion Travel, reciprocating speed and other parameters according to user requests, and uses a unique friction arm design to realize the replacement of different friction heads. The implementation of pressure is controlled according to the principle of lever equilibrate to meet the requirements of different standards for friction forms, friction heads and pressures.

Principle
The test sample is fixed on the horizontal sample stage and abraded with the horizontal movement of the sample stage under the specified abrasive and load. The other end of the test arm is weighted to maintain the equilibrate to ensure the accuracy of the sample surface load. The instrument uses a motor drive to generate a linear reciprocating motion, and the pressure is controlled by the principle of lever equilibrate, so that the additional Nominal Mass is the actual weight pressed on the sample.

Steps
1. Release the fixing knob and adjust the equilibrating weight position to make the equilibrating rod reach the equilibrating rod
2. Select the appropriate friction head according to the standard and install it
3. Fix the sample on the sample table
4. Set test parameters (speed, number of reciprocations, Travel, etc.) through the LCD screen
5. Rotate the locking knob to lock the equilibrating rod ratio
6. Start the power switch to start the test
7. In case of emergency, you can press the emergency stop button to shut down.
Notice
• Make sure the instrument power supply is 220V, 50HZ before use
• When adjusting the equilibrate, release the fixed knob and observe the tilt state of the equilibrate rod
• For the D42 1775 grinding head, sandpaper should be attached to the arc surface of the grinding head
• For rubber grinding heads and sets, put the grinding heads into the middle of the sets and tighten them with top wires to expose 0.1in.
• Clean the friction head and sample stage in time after the test is completed
The emergency stop button is only used in emergencies
