Overview
HT-201 Impact Tester is a HUITAO brand anti-gravel and gravel crash test equipment designed for automotive materials and their surface coatings. The equipment is used to test the impact performance of active grilles, cameras, Glasses, spray parts, headlights and other automotive parts. It adopts PLC Control system and separable design, and is flexible to operate.

Principle
The test machine generates high voltage air through the air Compressor, and drives the spray gun to impact the surface of the sample with media such as steel balls, pebbles or gravel at an adjustable speed (≥ 120km/h) and angle (45 ° to 90 °). The air storage tank is used to buffer the air, cool down and initially remove water and oil to ensure stable testing. The PLC Control system precisely adjusts the injection pressure, time and angle to simulate the real crushed stone collision environment.

Steps
1. Install the sample to the fixture to ensure that the dimensions meet the requirements (width ≤ 195mm, thickness ≤ 35mm, length ≤ 240mm);
2. Select the spray medium (such as steel balls, pebbles) and load it into the funnel;
3. Set the injection time (0-999 seconds), pressure (0-1MPA), angle (45 ° to 90 °) and speed (≥ 120km/h).
4. Start the air Compressor to ensure that the exhaust pressure is ≥ 1.25Mpa.
5. Start the test through the PLC interface, and the injection time can be suspended;
6. After the test is completed, check the specimen for damage.
Notice
• Operating Environment at room temperature and relative humidity < 80% RH;
The gas medium must be air.
The power supply of the air Compressor is 380V/50Hz to ensure stable voltage.
• The pressure of the gas tank should not be less than 0.8MPA, and the safety valve and pressure gauge should be checked regularly.
• Avoid operating under high temperature, high voltage or clogging conditions, pay attention to overcurrent and lack of equal protection;
• Sample size and fixture need to be customized according to the product, irregular samples use 3D test Chamber;
• The injection medium and angle should be selected according to the test criteria.
