Principle
The test machine adjusts the injection speed and emission volume through the PLC Control system, uses a stainless steel funnel to load the injection medium (such as steel balls, pebbles, gravel), and tests the sample at a set angle (such as 90 ° or 54 °) in the 3D test Chamber. The injection time can be precisely controlled and can be paused during the injection process. Combined with the aerodynamic vibration system, the medium is evenly distributed to simulate the real crushing impact environment.

Steps
1. Set the injection time (0-999 seconds) and pause time.
2. Install the injection medium (0-10 kg) in the stainless steel funnel.
3. Select the fixture and size according to the sample (width ≤ 195mm, thickness ≤ 35mm, length ≤ 240mm).
4. Adjust the injection speed (0-1MPA) and the emission volume opening.
Select the Impact Angle (90 ° or 54 °) and initiate the test.
6. Monitor the testing process and remotely upgrade the software if necessary.
