Overview
The HUITAO HT-BO23 coating adhesion tester is a device for evaluating the adhesion of ink or coatings on soft Encasement materials. It resolves inter-laboratory inconsistencies by controlling pressure and the method of tape use, such as the speed and angle at which the tape is removed. It is suitable for printing material readability, coating material function and contamination source assessment.
Features
1. High-sensitivity touch interface, the operation experience is easier; 2. Linear dispersion can be dynamically displayed in real time during the test process, including strength, elongation, elongation, time, etc.; 3. Support Chinese and English interface interchange, which is convenient for import and export trade; 4. Full digital Control system, 32-bit single-chip microcomputer, data sampling Frequency is 2000Hz; 5. Gantry double-column rack, using high-precision preload ball screw + optical axis to ensure stable operation of the machine and accurate stress and strain values; 6. Can be connected to computer software to control machine operation and data processing, generate data reports and Linear dispersion; 7. Software can be customized to easily respond to standard updates and upgrades.
Principle
The tester ensures that there are no bubbles in the gluing by sticking tape to the sample, then disbonding the tape at an angle of 120-150 degrees and a speed of 300-450 mm/s to check the sample for missing printing or coating breaks, and whether the tape transfers ink or coatings. It uses a fully digital Control system and gantry rack to precisely control the test process for data collection and analysis.
Applications
Soft Encasement Material
Standards
YY/T 0681.7-2011
Steps
1. Place the test sample on a flat surface to ensure that it is flat and free of wrinkles; 2. Use tape not exceeding 30 cm in length to stick to the sample to ensure that there are no bubbles in the gluing; 3. Hold the sample flat in one hand and disbonding the tape backwards with the other hand at an angle of 120-150 degrees, at a speed of 300-450 mm/s; 4. Check the sample for missing printing or coating interruptions, as well as tape transfer; 5. Record the results and use the negotiated reference to characterize the adhesion; 6. If printed with multiple Colors, the report may vary depending on the Color difference, and operator training is essential for the conformity of the results.
Notice
• The time after the tape is attached may affect the results; • The test results are highly subjective and require operator training to ensure conformity; • The sample should be placed flat without wrinkles, creases or creases; • It is easier to operate when the tape length does not exceed 30 cm; • The action of disbonding tape should be consistent and moderate.
