Overview
HUITAO HT-565 coating fabric low temperature impact test instrument is a professional instrument for measuring the embrittlening temperature of fabric coatings and soft plastics (such as polyethylene (PE) cables, Wire and cable materials, etc.). It is based on FZ01007, GB/T5470-2008, GB/T8815-2008, JT1037-2004 standards, by measuring the temperature of the sample at low temperature when it is damaged by Impact, evaluate the brittle temperature of the material, so as to compare the performance and low temperature performance of non-rigid plastics and resilience materials under low temperature conditions.
Features
1. The two-stage refrigerator composed of imported Compressors is used to replace the traditional carbon dioxide dry ice refrigerant, and the refrigeration is efficient.
2. The cold bath temperature is controlled by a touch LCD temperature controller for accurate temperature control.
3. Equipped with a freezing time arrival timing alarm device, accurate timekeeping.
4. Novel design, compact structure, easy to use.
5. The impact device adopts the accelerated vertical impact method, and the impact speed is controllable.
6. The specimen holder can hold 9 specimens at a time, improving the testing efficiency.
Principle
The instrument controls the cold bath temperature within the set range (RT +~ -70 ° C) through the cascade refrigeration system, uses the Impact device to accelerate the vertical Impact of the sample, and measures the minimum temperature when the sample is damaged by Impact under low temperature conditions, which is the brittle temperature. The whole process is coordinated by the PL program temperature control device and the cold bath stirringdevice to ensure stable and uniform temperature.
Applications
Fabric coatings, flexible plastics, polyethylene (PE) cables, Wires and cables, non-rigid plastics, resilience materials
Standards
FZ01007、GB/T5470-2008、GB/T8815-2008、JT1037-2004
Steps
1. Load the specimen into the fixture, holding up to 9 at a time.
2. Set the cold bath temperature and control parameters.
3. Start the refrigeration device to bring the cold bath to the set temperature.
4. Impact the specimen vertically using the Impact device.
5. Observe and record the temperature at which the sample is damaged.
6. Complete the test according to the prompt of the timing alarm device.
Notice
• Ensure that the Power Supply is AC220V +/- 10V, 50Hz to avoid voltage instability affecting the performance of the instrument.
• During operation, pay attention to the impact speed control within the range of 200 +/- 20cm/S.
• Regularly check the refrigeration system and Impact unit to ensure normal operation.
• Avoid touching cold bath parts during testing to prevent frostbite.
• Clean and maintain the instrument in time after use to prolong its service life.
