Overview
The Lab Room Temperature Laminator (Model: Rxg-00/610) is a compact, easy-to-operate and rugged device for use in laboratory or production environments. It consistently prepares laminated samples for testing, works quickly with simple controls, and is suitable for laminating paper, film, foil and other materials. It is an important equipment for development and Quality control laboratories.

Principle
The laminating machine drives the lower roller swirl/spin through compressed air, and the upper roller idles accordingly. The material to be laminated is sent between the two rollers, and the laminating pressure applied to the material is controlled by adjusting the air pressure. At the same time, the rotating speed of the roller is controlled by the variable speed motor, so as to achieve continuous and uniform room temperature bonding of different materials at a set pressure and speed.

Steps
Connect the power supply (85-265 VAC) and the compressed air source (maximum pressure 90 PSI).
2. According to the sample width and the required lamination pressure, the air pressure is estimated and adjusted through the formula.
3. Set the lamination speed and measurement unit through the digital control panel.
4. Feed the material to be laminated between the rollers of the laminating machine.
5. Start the device for lamination, and use the pointing function for fine operation.
6. During the lamination process, the lamination length can be measured by the equipment.
7. After the lamination is completed, use the emergency stop switch or the normal procedure to stop the machine.
Notice
• Ensure that the compressed air pressure does not exceed the maximum allowable value of 90 PSI (6 bar).
• Check and ensure that all safety devices are in good condition before operation, and be familiar with the position of the emergency stop switch.
• Reasonably estimate and set the lamination pressure according to the material characteristics (e.g. width, type) to avoid damage to the sample or equipment due to improper pressure.
• Equipment operation temperature range is 0-70 ℃, please use at the specified Ambient Temperature.
• When using options (e.g. manual rewinding device), ensure correct installation and operation.
• Regularly check the surface condition of the roller and the flow control device to ensure smooth operation.
