Principle

Steps

Spreader the sample onto a Glass sheet (200mm × 150mm × 5mm) and paint it into an 80mm wide strip parallel to the short side of the Glass sheet at the center of the long side, with a wet paint film thickness of 200um +/- 20um; 2. After coating, press the stopwatch immediately. After 10 minutes, the two handheld tester handles will roll the tester from the center of one end of the short side of the test plate at a constant speed to the other end for 1s. Immediately observe with the naked eye whether the tire of the tester has sticky paint. If there is sticky paint, immediately wipe the tire with a cotton cloth wetted with acetone or methyl ethyl ketone. After that, the repeability test is once every 30s until the tire does not stick paint. Stop the stopwatch timing, which is the "non-sticky time" of the sample.
