Overview
The SHIBO QFD electric film adhesion tester is a Benchtop instrument used to determine the adhesion ability of various films to the surface of the coated material.
Features
1. Adopt electric drive mode, easy to operate
2. The drawing diameter range is 0 to 10.5mm, suitable for different testing requirements
3. Equipped with steel stylus rotors to ensure test accuracy
4. Working Travel ≥ 80mm, Wide Test Range
5. Configure a variety of weight combinations (500g * 1, 200g * 2, 100g * 1) to meet different test conditions
6. The effective area of the worktable is 50 * 100mm, which adapts to the standard sample size
Principle
The instrument consists of a main drive part, a workbench part, a base and a travel limit control device. The main drive part drives the drawing head swirl/spin through a motor, a toothed belt, a toothed belt wheel, and a helical gear drive. The drawing head is composed of a head screw, a wire mother and an eccentric head. The workbench part is fixed with a sample plate through a lead screw, a half-open nut and a test bench. The base includes a slide rail and an electrical control circuit, and the travel limit control device is controlled by a stop energy head and a micro switch.
Steps
1. Prepare the sample according to the requirements
2. Check the steel needle and use a new steel needle (the needle tip is about 3mm away from the countertop)
3. Adjust the eccentric position of the needle tip to the desired drawing diameter and tighten it with screws
4. Install the sample film face up on the workbench, press it with a pressure plate, lift the movable half nut and move the workbench to the outer end
5, close the power switch and motor switch, drawing head swirl/spin toggle the pressure bar to add weight until the piercing display light on, put down the half open nut
6, according to the garden roll line graphics judge film adhesion
Notice
• Steel stylus needs to be replaced after 5 uses
• Check the condition of the steel needle before operation
• Make sure the film faces up when installing the sample
• Observe the piercing display light when adding weight
• Pay attention to safe operation when moving the workbench
