Principle

The testing machine controls the full digital controller through the computer system, controls the servo motor to rotate through the speed control system, and drives the precision ball screw pair swirl/spin through the synchronous toothed belt deceleration system. The ball screw pair drives the middle beam to move up and down, and drives the tensile auxiliary device to realize the loading and unloading of the sample. Control system uses BB company amplifier and AD company high-speed analog-to-digital converter to form a data collection system to realize precise control and data collection of the test process.
